WHAT HAPPENS DURING THIS TRAINING?
In this interactive training we go through a full data driven process mining project. We start with formulating the objectives of the analysis and determine how to assess improvement proposals regarding efficiency and compliance from a finance perspective. We show real examples and give ample time to really practice.
WHO SHOULD FOLLOW THIS TRAINING?
This in-company training is meant for professionals who are responsible for continuously analysing the financial impact of investments, improvement proposals and internal control measures. E.g. finance managers, financial controllers, business controllers, CFOs, internal auditors, operational auditors, process managers, and project managers. Knowledge of and some experience with data analysis regarding finance is a prerequisite.

Participants use a local pc or their own laptop on which the process mining software of Fluxicon (Disco) can be installed on.
