PROCESS MINING – CUSTOM TRAINING

Get a head start in your Lean improvement projects, audit and/or finance activities. Learn to understand process mining concepts with all the implications for data preparation, analytical methods and project activities. In this intensive training-on-the-job you learn the necessary foundation for process mining, tackle topics relevant for your organisation and go through a complete project specific for your organisation.

WHAT DO YOU LEARN?

The big difference between the other offered trainings and this custom training, is that examples and exercises make way for a case specific for your organisation. We will jointly start and finish your project resulting in a ‘proof of concept’. The intended result: a demonstrable improvement of customer experience, cost reduction and/or risk management. Furthermore you have gone through all required steps of our tested project methodology, giving the know-how to successfully execute the next project.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING THIS TRAINING?

This custom training will consist of intensive sessions with a small project group, formed collaboratively. After a mutual kick-off of the proof of concept, we will go through the steps of defining, extracting, analysing, through presenting to improving. We will sift together and let you see and experience the added value of process mining.

WHO SHOULD FOLLOW THIS TRAINING?

This custom training is meant for professionals who deal with process analysis, (Lean) improvement projects and change management on a daily basis. E.g. Lean process consultants, process managers and owners, internal auditors, IT-auditors, managers and compliance, finance and risk employees.

Participants use a local pc or their own laptop on which the process mining software of Fluxicon (Disco) can be installed on.
