PROCESS MINING – BASIC TRAINING

Learn theory and basic skills to start process mining yourself in one day.

Specific process in your organisation do not want to run smoothly, but what is causing it? In your search you came across the term ‘process mining’. Mapping actual processes, that is exactly what you need. Several colleagues are already eager to start. Your hands are itching too, but… where do you start?

WHAT DO YOU LEARN?

During this introduction training you will learn the following:
  • what process mining is
  • what and who you require for starting process mining
  • which questions can be answered through process mining
  • how process mining works in Disco
  • how a process mining-project is set up

WHAT HAPPENS DURING THIS TRAINING?

Besides a theoretical outline, we have prepared a practical case for this basic training. This case can be imported into the process mining-software of Fluxicon (Disco) by the participants. Through a practical case study approach, you will perform your first process mining-analysis. Priori knowledge or technical know-how is not necessary.
 

WHO SHOULD FOLLOW THIS TRAINING?

This in-company training is meant for professionals who face process analyses, (Lean) improvement projects and change management on a daily basis. E.g. lean process consultants, process managers and owners, internal auditors, IT-auditors, managers and compliance, finance and risk employees.

Incompany rate: € 545 per participant [rates for larger groups on demand]

Participants use a local pc or their own laptop on which the process mining software of Fluxicon (Disco) can be installed on.

The technical preparation of event logs is not part of this course. We refer to this training for the preparation of an event log.
